Descriptive Features: A striking large hosta featuring thick, heavily puckered leaves with a bold creamy-yellow to ivory center surrounded by an irregular dark blue-green margin — a dramatic reverse-variegation pattern that shifts and brightens through the season. A sport of 'Sum and Substance,' it shares the same substantial leaf thickness, giving it good slug resistance compared to thinner-leaved varieties. In summer, near-white flowers appear on scapes above the foliage, though the eye-catching variegated leaves remain the highlight. Forms a dense, rounded mound with strong garden presence. Excellent as a specimen or focal point in shade gardens; performs best in part shade, as the gold center can scorch in too much direct sun.
