Descriptive Features: A brilliantly color-saturated groundcover sedum forming a low, well-mounded habit with plump, waxy, lightly serrated foliage. Leaves emerge olive-green and cream before suddenly shifting to smoky purple with vivid hot-pink and cream margins as summer heats up, creating a striking tricolor variegated effect. In late summer to early fall, huge clusters of vibrant raspberry-pink flowers rise on short, sturdy stems just above the foliage, blooming for seven or more weeks without fading. Stems stay upright and never flop. Extremely drought-tolerant and evergreen in mild climates; virtually pest- and disease-free. Rabbit-resistant and a strong draw for butterflies. An excellent choice for rock gardens, gravel gardens, edging, containers, or groundcover use in full sun.
