Descriptive Features: A fragrant tetraploid daylily bred by L. Gates and registered in 1977, featuring rich, cream-orange blooms up to 6 inches wide with a fiery red eye and a yellow-green throat. Semi-evergreen foliage forms a neat, V-shaped mound, sending up well-branched scapes with a generous bud count in early midseason. A dependable rebloomer, it earned the American Hemerocallis Society Honorable Mention in 1981 and was later named an All-American Daylily. Excellent for borders, mass plantings, or containers where its unusual, vivid coloring can stand out.
